FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY POLICY

is part of the overall policy of Fanon d.o.o. with the aim of fulfilling all legal obligations, contractual requirements, and requirements of the HACCP system, ISO 9001:2015 system, QS system, VLOG system, KAT system, A-FUTTER system, FSSC 22000 system (for oil production ), ISCC system, protection of health and safety of animals and people, and protection of the environment, and is based on:

  • Monitoring and harmonizing with the requirements of laws and ordinances that regulate the area of ​​animal feed production and the production of sunflower oil and rapeseed oil, as well as current and future customer requirements as the only objective measure of the quality of our products and our organization. Satisfied customers are the guarantor of our survival, development and business success, which is why we build our relationship with the customer on mutual trust and providing comprehensive support in their business.
  • The foundation of the Organization is made up of employees who are the basic resource and implementer of the system and policy. They achieve the set goals directly with their personal knowledge and commitment. Each employee, within the scope of his authority, is responsible for the quality of his work. Therefore, training employees and propagating knowledge about quality and safety, as well as achieving employee satisfaction, is a permanent task of the management. The management is committed to provide appropriate and timely training for all employees and to increase awareness of the importance of quality and safety of food and animal feed.
  • Suppliers are a very important element in achieving the quality and safety of our products. This is why we attach special importance to the choice of suppliers and maintain a good partnership relationship.
  • The management of the company is responsible for the introduction and application of all quality systems. The decision to introduce and apply a quality system is an expression of our overall business philosophy and an expression of our permanent commitment to doing business according to the principles of international standards.
  • Establish, implement and maintain quality and safety systems for food and animal feed at all levels of the organization.
  • Continuously improving the quality and safety system of food and animal feed.
