Project manager - protein and oil production
Description of tasks and responsibilities:
Realization of the project of designing and building a factory for the production of protein and oil
- Participation in all phases of the project from the initial phase to implementation
- Preparation and monitoring of project plans, budgets and deadlines
- Collaborate with the development team and various departments within the company to ensure project coordination and integrity
- Manage resources, budget and time to achieve project objectives
- Project progress reporting
Management of plants for the production of proteins and oils
- Monitoring of the protein and oil production process - from raw materials to final products
- Product quality assurance
- Adherence to safety and quality standards
- Planning and monitoring of production goals and optimization of production processes
- Management of personnel in a factory for the production of proteins and oils
- Organization of preventive and overhaul cycles
Competencies:
- VŠS/VSS degree in mechanical engineering, food biotechnology or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience/technical talent for working with production technology
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team towards set goals.
- Communication and presentation skills
- Independence and ability to solve problems
- Knowledge of English/German language
- excellent service with the Office package
- Driving licence
