Project manager - power plant
Description of tasks and responsibilities:
Implementation of the energy plant design and construction project
- Participation in all phases of the project from the initial phase to implementation
- Preparation and monitoring of project plans, budgets and deadlines
- Collaboration with the development team and various departments within the company to ensure project coordination and integrity
- Managing resources, budget and time to achieve project objectives
- Project progress reporting
Management of the energy plant and development of further energy strategy
- Monitoring the daily operation of a biomass cogeneration plant
- Coordination with external contractors for the purpose of eliminating malfunctions
- Implementing and organizing the necessary maintenance procedures to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of the production facility
- Monitoring and optimization for the purpose of maximum effect and utilization of energy sources and produced energy
- o participation in projects in accordance with own knowledge and abilities (heating systems, production and consumption of steam, systems for drying and heating raw materials)
- Record of technical documentation
- Report preparation
Competencies:
- VŠS/VSS degree in technical field (electrical power engineering/power engineering)
- At least 3 years of experience on cogeneration systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team according to set goals.
- Communication and presentation skills
- Independence and ability to solve problems
- Knowledge of English/German language
- excellent use of the Office package
